We are Quantroam Pty Ltd, doing business as Quantroam (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a technology company registered at 202/16/02 Royal Peral Gardens, Wattala, 11300, Sri Lanka.
These Terms of Service (the “Legal Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our Services, including global data access plans and e-Sim connectivity.
Quantroam provides prepaid e-Sim data plans for 150+ countries. Coverage and networks may change.
Not for emergencies: Services must not be relied upon for emergency communications.
All "Quantroam IP" (content, code, trademarks) is owned by Quantroam.
You get a limited license for personal use only. No copying, reverse engineering, or reselling without consent.
User Obligations & Acceptable Use
Representations
- Information provided is accurate and current.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Use is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.
- No bots or automated access tools.
Prohibited Content
You must not upload or transmit content that is:
Payment & Refunds
Purchases
- • Prepaid plans with fixed validity.
- • Processed securely (e.g., via Paddle).
- • Prices in USD, excluding taxes.
- • Non-transferable & no rollovers.
Refund Policy
All sales are final unless required by law. Refunds only if e-Sim fails to install or no network is available despite coverage claims.
Liability & Disputes
Governing Law
Governed by laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes handled in Brisbane courts.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Quantroam against claims arising from your misuse or violations.
