By accessing or using Quantroam's website, app, or eSIM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced within them.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.
2.Our Services
Quantroam provides eSIM-based mobile data connectivity across supported countries through agreements with local network partners.
Coverage, speeds, and availability depend on the underlying networks and may vary by location and conditions outside our control.
3.Account Registration
To purchase and manage eSIM plans you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.Payments and Refunds
All plans are prepaid and charged at the time of purchase in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Because eSIM data is delivered digitally, plans are generally non-refundable once activated. We may issue refunds at our discretion where a plan could not be installed or used due to a fault on our side.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the regulations of the countries in which you use it.
You may not resell, abuse, or use the service in a way that disrupts our networks, infringes others' rights, or violates applicable law.
6.Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and materials provided through Quantroam are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.
7.Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantroam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.
8.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantroam is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
9.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
